• Enquiry form: your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and the message you write, when you voluntarily submit the "Feel the magic" enquiry form.
• Website analytics: aggregated, anonymous visit data (such as which pages are viewed) collected via our hosting provider's cookie-free analytics. This cannot be used to identify you personally.

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To read and reply to your enquiry
• To arrange a consultation or booking with you
• To keep a record of correspondence relating to your treatment

The legal basis for this is your consent in submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

How your enquiry is handled

When you submit the enquiry form, its contents are sent by email to enquiries@susanroselondon.com using Resend, a transactional email delivery service that processes the message on our behalf. We don't keep a separate database of enquiries — the message exists as an email in our inbox, and briefly in Resend's delivery logs under Resend's own retention practices.

Who we share information with

• Resend — delivers enquiry emails to us.
• Vercel Inc. — hosts this website and provides cookie-free page analytics.
• Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces directly from Google's servers, which receive your device's IP address as part of that request.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you go on to book with us, for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Show you the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Provide your data in a portable format
