By enquiring or booking with us, you agree to them.

Consultations & pricing

Every treatment begins with a consultation. Prices are confirmed once your plan is agreed and may vary based on your individual requirements, the products used, and the time involved.

Eligibility for aesthetic treatments

Cosmetic procedures such as dermal filler are only available to clients aged 18 or over, in line with the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021. We may ask for proof of age before treatment.

You must tell us about any relevant medical history, allergies, medications, or conditions before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline, postpone, or adjust a treatment where it isn't suitable for you.

Photography & portfolio use

We may photograph your treatment or results for our portfolio and marketing. We'll always ask before using any identifiable image of you, and you're free to decline or withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Using this website

The text, images, and design on this site belong to Susan Rose London or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Links to third-party sites — including Instagram and our website developer's site — are provided for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where the law doesn't allow such liability to be excluded. Beyond that, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
